By registering for Whitt Basketball Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acknowledgment of Risk: Participation in sporting events and camps involves inherent risks, including potential injuries. All participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

Liability Waiver: Whitt Basketball Academy, its staff, coaches, volunteers, and associated parties are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the camp. Participants and their guardians agree to hold harmless and indemnify Whitt Basketball Academy and its affiliates.

Medical Consent: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, the camp staff will seek appropriate medical attention. Participants and their guardians consent to medical treatment and assume responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to camp rules and demonstrate good sportsmanship. Disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the camp without a refund.

Media Release: By participating, you grant Whitt Basketball Academy permission to use photos and videos of participants for promotional purposes.
